THE DILEMMA OF BENJAMIN NETANYAHU

Actually for those who know, Benjamin Netanyahu has only about 50 Knesset Members that would support him on the issue of his unwillingness to accept the evil of a Muslim Palestinian State on the doorstep of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Even Avigdor Lieberman's Israel Beiteinu party is in reality not against the formation of a Palestinian State - they are for a stronger and more rugged response to Arab Palestinian disloyalties to the State of Israel.herefore, what would help the present Prime Minister hold his line against such a state is a split in the Kadima party. If Shaul Mofaz with other former Likud Knesset members would leave Tsipi Livni, because of this issue of Palestinian sovereign State on the soil of the heartland of Eretz Israel, this would give Benjamin Netanyahu the political edge in Israel's Knesset to withstand the pressures of Obama, Clinton, the Quartet for the erection of such a Palestinian State! Such a State backed by the whole Muslim world would soon become the exact weapon the Palestinian Arabs have been waiting for - a springboard to finish off what will be left of tiny Israel.

As once Fatah even declared:
"A legitimate Palestinian entity FORMS THE MOST IMPORTANT WEAPON THAT ARABS HAVE AGAINST ISRAEL."
(See http://www.fateh.net/e_editor/01/311201.htm)

And really this then is the cornerstone of Tsipi Livni's policy to give the Arabs this so much by them desired weapon for Israel's destruction?

May we therefore pray for enough political courage among the Kadima members, and enough true care for the wellbeing of their nation - not just their own political future - to bolt away from Kadima and join the Netanyahu government, for the sake of the future of Israel.
