Who is the immigrant here?

Assaf Vole

Members of Knesset Zahalka and Tibi repeat over and over again that the Jews are immigrants in the Land of Israel. Assaf Vole reminds them few harsh facts.

This week I watched the interview MK Zahalka gave to Dan Margalit during his program “New Evening.” Zahalka, while carried on with his stories, accused Barak, Israel’s Defense Minister, of “listening to classical music while murdering (Arabs) children, 1400 children…” Especially the classical music issue bothered Zahalka and he repeated it several times.

However, I do not wish to take on the symphony puzzle to which Barak listened to, also not the professional question whether Dan Margalit was entitled to get carried away into loud confrontation (Later was proven to be a superb PR asset). Just before he left, Zahalka yelled toward Margalit: “Immigrant.”

Such name calling adds-up to MK Dr. Ahmad Tibi’s statements that the Jews are “immigrants and some of them are fascists.” It is worthwhile mentioning that, both, Zahalka and Tibi hold a Doctorate degree, in whatever field, but the history of the Land of Israel is not one of them. Two such intelligent persons have no basic knowledge about the country where they reside.

After all, Kafr Qara, where Zahalka resides, was founded in the 18th century under the wings of the Arab occupation of the Land of Israel. To Tayibe, from where Tibi comes, the Arabs arrived from Saudi Arabia and Egypt only in the 17th Century and residents of Tayibe carrying the last name “Metzarwah” will attest to this fact.

Do they really believe that the “Palestinians”, no one heard of until the 20th century grew up from the ground? Those who apparently cannot even express their name properly because the ‘P’ in the name ‘Palestinian’ is accentuated (In Hebrew).

Don’t they know that under the Arab villages in the Galil (Galilee) there are remnants of synagogues from the Second Temple era? That at the end of the 19th Century only 140,000 non-Jews lived in the Land of Israel territory (a quarter of them were immigrants of recent years; see Joan Peters’ book From Time Immemorial: The Origins of the Arab-Jewish Conflict over Palestine). And their numbers in 1948 stood at over ten times more, mostly because of the Arab immigration to the Land of Israel.

"It is Sheikh Munnis here", yelled Zahalka before he left the Tel Aviv studio and pulled the cat out the bag. Apparently Zahalka’s and his handlers’ appetite are not reduced to the “Territories” only. But also the village Sheikh Munnis, on its land Tel-Aviv University is presently sitting, that was founded in the 19th Century, during the conquest of Israel by Ibrahim Pasha (Ibrahim Pasha-1789 – November 10, 1848, a 19th century general of Egypt, better known as the son of Muhammad Ali of Egypt). This event took place some 2,500 years after the Siloam Inscription in Jerusalem written in the same Hebrew these words are written.

Thus, the ‘Immigrants’ legends are more false in relation to the Brothers Grimm fairy tales. Why then Arab Knesset members brazenly lie in front of cameras? Don’t they fear they will be denounced in front of all?

No, they do not fear. Falsehood, distortion and lies are the central cornerstones of the Arab dialectic. First, because the Arab representatives buy through it fear and hate. Continuing fanning the conflict is a very vital interest for them. After all the conflict preserves their MKs’ status, making them popular among those who sent them.

In addition, it is clear to them that the vast majority of Jews will not be able to respond to the "immigrants" claim. Not because it could be won. But because the Jews are interested in I Phones and reality shows and they have no interest in history of a nation or the Land of Israel.

The Nation of Israel wants to study business administration not history or bible. On that the merchants of falsehood are "building" the Arab propaganda lies and rightly so.

If so, few key finishing words for MK Zahalka. Please read the words of Pharaoh Merneptah, that indicate the existence of Israelis in the Land of Canaan approximately 3225 years ago. From it you can conclude that from historically point of view, you're a guest here. I have no problem that you stay and I insist that you do, and unlike the Jews in Arab countries, you get equal rights. But some respect for the veterans. After all you are a tiny comma in the continuous history of the Land of Israel. Thus, with all due respect that I do not have for quarrel mongers like you, you should remember an important matter. Historical figures like King David, Judas Maccabeus—or Judah Maccabee—and even Bar Kokhba, were the proprietors here at the time when Ibrahim Pasha was not even born. So Zahalka, do not try to feed me lies. I may be an immigrant, but not retarded!

Guest Comment:I am sure that we are all ware that Israeli democracy allows for MK Arabs, who are nothing but Israel’s fifth column, to be members in the Israeli parliament the Knesset.

On January 2, 2010, Arab Israeli parliamentarians did it again; just like in Knesset sessions, committees & forums, during an interview with leading Israeli journalist, Dan Margalit, one of them, Dr Jamal Zahalka, turned to verbal violence, dirty language and screams, when felt cornered and speechless.

Both argued how Arab Israeli MKs, equivalent of Al Qaeda senators, systematically ignore Hamas’ rocketing on Israeli towns, which triggered Operation Cast Lead. The argument preceded and astoundingly, it is just unbelievable how easily it takes to unmask their true intents to drive Israeli Jews to the sea, wrapped by charming wordings, appealing to descent people with conscience. The Arab Israeli Member of Knesset, Dr Jamal Zahalka, screamed: "It is Sheikh Munnis here" (pre-1948 old Arab village in Tel Aviv area where the TV studio, the interview took place, is now located).

I received this mail from a e-pal in Israel and I though it will be good for everyone’s education to translate it.
