(IsraelNN.com) David Bedein, bureau chief of the Israel Resource News Agency, spoke with INR's Tamar Yonah at this year's Jerusalem Conference. Bedein said that the Shimon Peres Center for Peace gives legitimacy to anti-Israel NGOs.

"No one has the courage to ask the Peres Center, 'excuse me, but why are you coordinating this system and giving it such a seal of approval?' Bedein explained "When a contributor from abroad wants to give to an Israeli organization, they first ask the Peres Center about it. When the Peres Center, named for Israel's president, gives a seal of approval to an organization, then it looks like a kosher organization."

Comment: This 9 minute video asks some probing questions. The discussion is not about illegality, rather it suggests that business as usual with Gaza, some 2.7 billion shekels encourages security to keep open gates to Gaza. The old adage, "follow the money", is in play today on the Gaza border.
