Mass-murderer Marwan Barghouti has submitted his doctoral thesis in political science to Cairo University, thanks to the Israel Prison Service.

Barghouti is serving five concurrent life sentences for the five murders he committed or oversaw of which he was convicted. He was acquitted of 21 other murders in 33 other terrorist attacks for “lack of evidence,” but 40 years were tacked onto his prison term for one attempted murderBarghouti is also the founder of Fatah’s Al-Aksa Martyrs Brigade terrorist organization, and has been mentioned as a successor to Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas) as head of the Palestinian Authority.

In addition to the above accomplishments, Barghouti has apparently concluded 11 years of doctoral studies in political science.

Barghouti’s 341-page thesis is entitled, “The Legislative and Political Performance of the Palestinian Legislative Council and its Contribution to the Democratic Process in Palestine from 1996 to 2008.” It will be brought on Tuesday for discussion before a special panel headed by Prof. Ahmad Yussuf, dean of the Arab Academy for Research and Studies in Cairo University.

Barghout Led War, Not Arafat

Israel Security Agency (Shabak) head Yuval Diskin said in 2009 that it was Barghouti who was the “driving spirit that led the Second Intifada, and not Arafat as many think.” During that terrorist war that began in 2000 and in which nearly 1,000 Israelis were murdered in five years, Barghouti’s Al-Aksa Brigades perpetrated many hundreds of terror attacks, including roadside shootings, suicide bombings and more.

Barghouti is one of several hundred Palestinian Authority terrorist prisoners in Israeli prisons who are enrolled in studies at universities around the world, including in Israel, and are allowed to study and take their exams while in prison. This is done with the help of books and documents that Israeli authorities allow inmates to bring into prison.

Graduated High School at 20

Israel even helped Barghouti complete his high school exams while in Israeli prison at the age of 20. He later graduated from Bir Zeit University, north of Ramallah, from where he also earned a master’s degree after writing a thesis on Palestinian-French relations from 1967 to 1997.

Comment: This story speaks for itself and totally evaporates any hints of separation and denial spewed vehemently by those with an anti-Israel agenda and repeated by many who are so ignorant of the facts it goes to their character! Not one of our Arab or Persian enemies allows anything such support for convicted Jewish prisoners. The truth does prevail!
