Tamir tells defense minister to declare Sderot schools unendangered

Education Minister Yuli Tamir asked Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday to sign an order stating that the schools in Sderot are not in danger Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilna'i responded that "if you promise that there won't be any violence in schools, and if Transportation Minister [Shaul Mofaz] promises there won't be any more road accidents, we will petition for your request."

Comment:span>Ms. Tamir has already publicly indicated her dislike for those representing any other political position other than hers. This is not fiction, this is fact. Her dislike for thecitizens of Sderot, who would dare stand up to the current government, who would dare to challenge its policdies and criticize it-well, these people must be dealt with-today is but one example. In any other democracy she woulkd have been fired or forced to retire. Israel is not like any other democracy-forever is its shame!
