Egypt's Newest Jihad

The Middle East has a long history of Muslims persecuting Christians. Nowadays, most of these incidents go unnoticed and uncovered by mainstream press. In many cases, they are not even covered in the Christian press.

This past weekend in the port city of Alexandria, Egypt there was a massive riot against the Christians. News spread quickly through the city that Christians had stabbed a Muslim.

In response, the Muslim community gathered near a mosque and from there went on a riotous rampage throughout the city breaking the windows of Christian shops and destroying Christian property.

The Egyptian police arrested only five rioters.

They had already arrested the three Christian brothers responsible for the stabbing. The stabbing was the result of a landlord tenant dispute that turned into a scuffle and from there into the stabbing.

10% of the 79 million people in Egypt are Christians.

Egypt's Christians live in constant fear of these hateful, violent riots and acts of rage.

Comment: The international community hardly blinks an eye. Yet, had this been done to a group of Muslims by Christians, world wide indignation would still be going on to this day. Disturbing as this is, it is more disturbing to me that the 2 billion plus Christians did not take to the streets-time to realize my dear friends, it is time to adopt some of the techniques of our enemies!
