Congratulations Israel on 62 years of Independence!

Steven Shamrak

The World Knew and Did Nothing!

Former Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau told those participating in the March of the Living at the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp, "The gates of death. That's this place. Auschwitz-Birkenau is the biggest graveyard in the history of humanity, where two-and-a-half million people were murdered here just because of hate." The chairman of the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial institution continued, "Jews wanted to escape from here, from Europe , and there was nowhere (for them to go). What was the world's reaction to Kristallnacht (when Jewish property was vandalized in 1938 - ed)? They didn't do anything except condemnation or a demonstration." (And preventing Jews from leaving Europe) He noted, "Victims are victims. Not only the Jews were victims, but all the Jews were victims." (In 1944, during WW2, there was no attempt made to drop a single bomb on railway tracks or bridges leading to concentration camp, in order to stop or delay the genocide against Jews in Europe. The gas chambers made their deadly daily quota uninterruptedly! Therefore, all members of the anti-fascist coalition were complacent in the Holocaust crime!)

Some Jews Do Need Professional Help. Dozens of members of the Neturei Karta sect demonstrated Sunday evening at Kikar Shabbat (Shabbat Square) in Jerusalem against observances for the Memorial Day for Israel 's fallen soldiers and victims of terror.

Quote of the Week: "There is no such animal as 'land for peace', not even 'peace for peace', as far as the Palestinians are concerned. There are strings being pulled by the Saudis and Iran. The Saudis in turn have a very good friend in the White House whose chain they can yank at will." - Moshe Sheskin

Proud to Be Israeli. In a pre-Independence Day poll, 90% of the public said they were proud to be Israelis - and 87% said they would rather live in Israel than abroad. The poll also showed that 79% of Israelis believe that their financial situation is "good". In addition, 81% of the public feels that they are safe. (And this is in spite of the long self-destructive policy, conducted by the governments of Israel, and the complete disinterest they display in fixing the enormous amount of bureaucratic and legal problems!)

Readying for War - Don't Blame Israel. Israeli President Shimon Peres on Tuesday accused Syria of transferring long-range Scud missiles to the Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah. A transfer of Scud missiles, which have a range of 430 miles, would sharply shift the military balance in the region. U.S. officials acknowledge they are worried about weapons transfers from Syria to Lebanon but say they do not have a clear picture (as usual) of what has actually taken place.

Stating Obvious. A study conducted in Israel by an international team has found links between various factors and the development of depression, post-traumatic stress, and similar disorders. The subjects of the study were Israeli civilians living under terrorist rocket fire from Gaza. (For many decades Israel has been treated by researchers as a country-laboratory for the study of the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, on large populations. Jews are treated as lab-rats!)

What Point of no Return? Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Iran had passed "the point of no return on our nuclear program. We have passed it and are now hundreds of kilometers beyond it." (Hasn't Iran claimed that it is only a nuclear programme for generating electricity and medicine? The Islamic countries lie and the world pretends that it is blind!)

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

Contrary to Arab propaganda, Palestine was designated by the League of Nations for the creation of the Jewish state, Eretz-Israel, in 1922. It was long before the Holocaust! Due to the same Mandate systems, created in the Middle East after WW1, the Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq and others were created.

Relentnless Self-Hating Academia. Tel Aviv University was sponsoring a symposium called "Voice from Gaza". Speaking at the symposium will be far-left academics and professors who have urged the United States to develop relations with terror groups Hamas and Hizbullah.

Who are We Negotiating with? An Islamic fundamentalist group in the Gaza Strip threatened to "slaughter" Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas for "collaboration with the Jews". The commander of the group, Jaish al-Umma, Army of the Nation, said: "If it is proven that Abu Mazen is helping the Jews, we will slit his throat." The group is also planning to launch an attack on Israel from southern Lebanon. (One terrorist, Abbas, had replaced another, Arafat, who has done nothing for peace since. But for many Palestinians he is too moderate.)

Best Pilots and Planes in the World. Defense Minister Ehud Barak, visited an IDF Air Force base in Ramat David. During the visit, Barak said, "We have the best pilots, ground crews and aircraft in the world. The Israeli Air Force is the pillar of our operations in the face of any threats near and far. The IDF is trained, alert, with eyes open in all directions, and with this deterrent force. (If only Israel had provided the same quality of training for its politicians and trained them in dedication of the country, safety, and loyalty to Zionist ideals!)

Quote of the Week: "If you don't read the newspaper, you are uninformed; if you do read the newspaper, you are misinformed." - Mark Twain

Hostile Enemy Mentality. According to a poll by Al-Najach University in Shechem, 60.8 percent of Palestinian Authority residents oppose the proximity talks intended to lead to renewed negotiations between the PA and Israel. At the same time, 71 percent of the 1,356 Judea, Gaza and Samaria residents polled support PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad's intention to declare a PA state in August 2011.

When Deeds do not Support Words . In spite of repeated promises by Prime Minister Netanyahu that building in Jerusalem would continue, the Jerusalem District Planning and Building Committee has reportedly been instructed to halt their work and for the past month has not issued any new building permits in the city in order not to anger the Obama administration.

Liberalism and Our Freedom.

by Steven Shamrak. (2005)

It is important to understand the roll of Liberalism in our society. For the last two hundred years western democracies have been shaped by the idealistic views of liberal individuals and organizations. We are grateful to them for creating modern democracy. Human Rights, Social Justice, Animal Rights are important issues of Western democracies.

There is a fine line between liberalism and leftist political ideologies, focused on undermining western society. They do not want to accept that Socialist ideology has failed. They deny the horrors it brought to the peoples of the Soviet Union and other socialist countries, including North Korea. Nevertheless, in spite of a deep irreconcilable ideological gap, they are eagerly joining forces with fascist and Arab terrorists against the only democracy in the Middle East - Israel.

There are people in the West who still doubt the intentions of Arab-Muslim expansionism or even deny its existence (some of them call people like me ultra- right extremist, fascist or even racist). This type of denial has happened before. It did not save liberals after the communists came to power in Russia. Many moderate citizens perished in concentration camps after fascists came to power too. Re-education camps are still an integral part of China. It is time to realise the danger we are facing and take a stand. "Liberalism" will not survive when the "Dark cloud" of Muslim extremism will cover Western Society, like it vanished when Communists took over in the Russia.

Please, check the recent news about Al Qaeda cells arrested in Europe: "Twenty-one Al Qaeda operatives detained in Europe with explosives and chemicals. Spanish anti-terror agents rounded up 16 militants, most Algerian, in Catalonia. Italian police detained 5 Moroccan men near Venice with explosives and maps of central London, plans to hit the NATO base in Verona and Padua Cathedral." Almost, 2,000 British citizens have been trained by Al Qaeda! Did you ask yourself why?

Use the Internet and find out how Christian and other minorities are treated in most Muslim countries and why. Unfortunately, this information for political reasons is not widely publicized. Just imagine what the world would be like if Arab-Muslim extremists were free to do as they pleased! And, how would you feel if they were at your door?

We all like to be nice and care free. It is time to start to care! It is time to protect what we value most - Our freedom.
