Think you may be an Israel Supporter? It's Time to Take a Stand

They called it the Freedom Flotilla, claming to be Peace Activists that wanted to deliver basic necessities to starving Palestinians in the Gaza strip. Only many of the "Peace Activists" turned out to be well trained thugs sent by a once Israeli ally Turkey, who two short years ago elected a leader that wants to turn Turkey into an Islamic Republic (up until recently it was a Democratic Republic).

The "FreedomFlotilla" itself was organized by the IHH (Insani Yardim Vakfi, in English, Humanitarian Releif Fund), a Turkish "charity" organization with well documented connections to Al-Qaeda and global jihad operatives. An exposed in an in depth report by the Danish Institute for International Studies. This armada of ships, packed to the brim with good intentioned human rights activists elbow to elbow with terrorist supporters, carried the equivalent of one third of the supplies that Israel sends into Gaza every day. Israel repeatedly told the world that they would transfer the goods, but would not let the Flotilla pass. Many people mistakenly think it's because Israel suspects there were weapons bound for Gaza. The real reason is that Hamas supporters like Iran and Turkey are trying to open up an unhindered channel to send weapons into Gaza. And the only way they can do that is by breaking the siege.

Israel for its part screwed up royally indeed. In two ways:

1. They prepared for peace activists. And instead of dropping stun grenades and tear gas before landing on the boat they strapped their weapons to their backs assuming they wouldn't need them. Only to be lynched upon arrival.
2. They didn't prepare for the media war, paradoxically the hi-tech start-up nation still hasn't learned that the world works on 140 characters and photos sent in seconds, and literally a billion anti-Israel protesters in the world, the media is swamped with an "outcry" over Israeli crimes

The result, the death of 9 gun snatching, soldier stabbing "peace activists," and international condemnation the world over, with dozens injured, activists and Israeli soldiers alike.

For those of you that don't know, no matter what Israel does, at least in the media's eye and those of the ones that want to see Israel destroyed, Israel is always wrong, and they always lose. It's always a "victory for the resistance." And that's OK, because as long as Israel is still standing, even bloodied and bruised, our survival is our victory, just try to take it away. Sticks and stones may break our bones, but UN council resolutions will never rob us of our will or humanity. Of course there are those Israelis that wouldn't agree with me. But these are the same people that can apparently reconcile the images we saw from the flotilla with 'peace activists.'

International guarantees? Israel doesn't believe in those anymore. Condoleezza Rice forced Israel to withdraw from the Rafiah Crossing, the border between Gaza and Egypt, promising UN soldiers would prevent smuggling. But when Hamas took over UN soldiers went running for their lives and Hamas transformed Gaza into a launch pad for attacks against Israeli citizens, funded, armed and trained by Iran.

You can also look at Southern Lebanon to understand just what UN backed international guarantees are really worth. Israel agreed to a ceasefire and withdraw based on UN promises to disarm Hizbulla and prevent weapons from being smuggled to them. That's a laugh. Today it's estimated there are 60,000 missiles in southern Lebanon pointed as Israeli civilians. Six times as many as there were during the Lebanon war, and many much larger, more powerful and more accurate.

The UN Human Rights Council has been hijacked by totalitarian regimes including Saudi Arabia and Libya, who almost solely focus on "Israeli" crimes while ignoring those little things like Iranian leaders fixing an election, then brutally repressing their own people, or Hizbulla or Hamas launching missles at Israel from the backyards of their civilians homes.

Sadly it seems that the international community has been brainwashed into believing that terrorists that bomb children and hide behind their own families when doing so are freedom fighters. While every single mistake of every sovereign democratic country is proof that the West is really more violent and corrupt than the human rights loving eastern nations.

It's quite sad honestly. Of course for Israel, but for the rest of the world as well.

Well folks, its time to pay the piper. The world is definitely changing, and it's only for the good if you really believe that those same people on the ship that lynched Israeli soldiers were really peace activists. The events unfolding today are without doubt historic, they will determine how the world will look tomorrow. Fascist Iran is hooking up with the new Atilla the Hun, Turkish Prime Minister Racep Ergodan, Syria, and don't forget Russia. They're looking to shape the world using their ideals and values. Do you share those?

And as part of this effort Israel is being deligitimized in the international arena, and not only by provocative violent acts we saw with the terrorist transport and by nations that believe that Jihad, that "legitimate tenet of Islam" as the American administration unfortunately put it, is the best way to obtain their goals. It's also being deligitimized by countries like France, the UK and Germany who openly condemn Israeli actions without a second thought about what actually happened.

Don't be fooled, the events of today are not arbitrary, nor accidental. They are a series of planned provocations meant to isolate Israel from its friends like the United States, and from Jews themselves. And it seems to be working, for I read so many Jews that openly condemn Israel for any number of reasons without a passing thought regarding the circumstances of Israel's actions, intent, or the actions of other, similar nations under similar circumstances.

Indeed, today we stand in a new age. A new day, a dangerous time, where the largest military power in the middle east, Israel's ex-ally Turkey has an moved from Secular Government to Islamic Republic, leading its nation on the path of Jihad, central to which is armed confrontation with Israel, in coordination with dictators like Iran and their thugs Hamas and Hezbollah.

The upcoming months are going to be very trying for Israel, without doubt. This conflict is not going away, it is about to get much more intense. It seems up until now these forces that are rubbing their hands with glee by the fact that they have convinced the world as to Israel's criminality have obtained the upper hand, and shall use it at every opportunity.

A fateful day is approaching. Most will say that Israel would be better off by letting it pass quietly and letting Iran get the bomb. Problem is, it's not about Iran nuking Israel. If Iran obtains nuclear weapons, it will forever change the face of the Middle East. It will enable the new gang of Israel haters to wield ultimate power over all other nations in the Middle East, not Israel. It will be the dark cloud hanging over any action taken to try and prevent Iran from sowing the seeds of destruction, transferring weapons to their proxy armies, overthrowing governments like they did in Gaza and Lebanon, and more. And it's something that Israel, not to mention "moderate" Arab countries like Egypt, Jordan, and even Saudi Arabia, cannot accept. You know something is up when Sunni Arab nations unite behind something other than their hated of Israel, in this case, its their fear of Shi'ite Iran.

Subsequently, Israel will most likely take action to prevent Iran, who's openly declared goal is Israel's destruction, from obtaining weapons of mass destruction. And in the current environment of incitement against Israel, it's going to get ugly, real ugly. Not only from a military point of view with bombs falling on Israeli population centers. It will probably go something like this. Israel will attack Iranian nuclear facilities. Iranian proxies Hizbulla in southern Lebanon and Hamas will launch a full scale attack on Israeli population centers, possibly with biological or chemical weapons (very possibly the same ones that Saddam Hussein "never had.").

Syria will transfer weapons to Hizbulla in Southern Lebanon, and as a result Israel will attack Syria, which will lead to a Syrian counter attack. And it now seems a very real possibility that Turkey will be joining in the war. Either directly attacking Israel, or funneling weapons and soldiers to Hizbulla or Syria.

And that's only the physical war. The propaganda war will be in full swing with literally a billion people attacking Israel in the media, using Twitter, Facebook, supposedly "respectable" media outlets like the Guardian UK, and much more.

And that's where you come in. Friends, the time has come. I've said this numerous times in my posts over the last few months. If you're convinced that Israel has lost its way and isn't worthy of your support, then so be it. But if you believe that however misdirected Israel's actions are, however poorly they look in the media, that in any case, Israel is a country with a conscience and a love for freedom and in spite of the 62 year war, does its utmost to guarantee the rights of all its citizens and protect freedom of religion and expression, then now is the time to stand up.

Now, before its too late. And with every day and with every passing event to open your mouths and say something, do something. Now's the time to finally learn twitter. Tweet often, and repeatedly. Share links with friends on facebook, and through e-mail. Discuss the issues with people you know. But TALK, say something, make a statement.

There has perhaps never been a more critical point in time, a time that Israel needs your support. Needs you to use your own mind to judge things, that Israel needs you to stand up to the world and call out the dictators for what they are, call out the UN for biasly attacking Israel, call out your leaders for rushing to judgment and taking the sides of those that look to instigate a war, and not help a humanitarian crisis as they claim.

Ask yourself what would your life be without Israel, without a Jewish state. Think I'm being hysterical? Perhaps, but every day that goes by, with every provocation by states like Turkey and Iran, pushing the envelope and obtaining the passive approval of the world which they see as passive approval and justification, the battle nears.

And when it comes, then goes, the world's population will be asking themselves, just like they did after World War II how they could have just sat by as terrorists, dictators and totalitarians convinced them that it was really Israel that was the world's biggest threat to world peace and human rights.

Ask yourself, will you be one of them? I certainly hope it doesn't come to that point. But it seems that indeed some nations are hell bent on beating Israel into a pulp. They create new provocations every day. They preach their hatred in the media, and teach it to their children. And if they have no problem convincing you that its Israel that is the bad guy, then its much more than Israel that’s in trouble.
