The State of Israel and the Arab Autonomy

Nurit Greenger

"The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails."~William A. Ward (1921 - 1994).

Even if there is not – and it is very likely there will not be - peace agreement, accepted by both sides, Israel must make a unilateral step that is important to her interests: Israel must declare that the entire area, between the Jordan and the Mediterranean, legally belongs to her and use the Bible and the history of the Jewish people in the Land of Israel and the international law to ensure this right. Likewise, Israel must declare that it recognizes the fact that there are other people, consisting of most hostile enemy, who live in these areas and Israel, which believes in human rights and has a good heart will allow them to continue to live there, under a demilitarized autonomy only, monitored by Israel from close quarters.

Israel must stop being afraid of her own shadow. From Israel's perspective, and only for her own good - if she wants to continue to exist in the future - there is only one solution and only one: Israel must annex under her sovereignty all of Judea and Samaria - which includes the Jordan Valley and the Jerusalem and Emanuel-Ariel wise corridors leading into her inland territory. Only certain parts of Samaria and Judea will be allocated by the proprietor/home owner to the hostile population that would be demilitarized and be managed by the hostile Palestinian autonomy. All the Israeli settlements that will want to remain on their lands will stay! Israeli-Jews do not expel Jews from their homes! On the Land of Israel Jews can and must live and the hostile population needs to receive permission from the homeowner where they can live and how many will be allowed to live in the territories allocated to them. Immigration into these areas by more hostile people will be very limited if any. The IDF will protect the entire country - and not manage areas - and the phrase "annexed territory" will disappear from the lexicon, view and horizons.
The entire current Arab-Palestinian population will receive civil rights and be given the opportunity to apply for citizenship after 18 years. This all depends on what the Arabs teach their children. If they do not change their learning system they use today, that teaches the future generations that the land of Israel is theirs, that they should hate and kill Jews, they will never receive Israeli citizenship. (These conditions will push many to leave on their own accord). According to this plan the Palestinian autonomy will include four areas: Bethlehem-Hebron, Ramallah , Jenin and Jericho areas. One should read the plan by Dr. Mordechai Kedar: http://palestinianemirates.com/
These areas, that in all likelihood be hostile, will connect with each other by roads that will be inspected by the Israeli authorities. Remember, they live on Jewish land solely because Israel allows them, not because of any right or claim they have. Relationship with other Arab states, especially Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Gaza will be conducted through Israeli territory, subject to Israeli law. Also, it will be strongly recommended to the Arab-Palestinians to renew their Jordanian passports and rejoin the Kingdom of Jordan, and even offer them incentive money in order to emigrate. As for Gaza, the current situation will remain until further notice.
It is time that Israel unilaterally marks her permanent borders as it sees fit, and as soon as possible.
In addition, Israel must add many large settlements in Judea and Samaria since the more Jews living in Judea and Samaria the less land will be allocated to the enemy.
As long as in the Western world, especially in the United States, there are still people who know the writing in the  Bible, the New Testament and perhaps even some real Jewish history, Israel has a chance to make the above moves. This might annoy Obama and Ashton and after they, the Left, the Arabs and the media will attack Israel first they will calm down. And if Israel will not answer their trauma and will not defend and justify herself, they will learn that fact is fact and even learn to live with these facts. After all, they need to finally understand and accept that Israel is not theirs to manage, but it is for the Jewish people to manage.
Time is not on Israel side unless Israel acts according the above for her own good.
