Faculty Professor Says US Response to 9/11 Should Conform to Sharia Law

Here’s the professor’s analysis of what our response should have been to 9/11. Shortly after 9/11, Indiana University School of Law sponsored a forum on the likely legal fallout from the attacks: consequences for immigration law, civil rights, etcetera. As the university’s resident expert on Islamic (sharia) law,Jaques was invited to say something about our looming engagement with the Islamic world and their systems of law.

Who is this? His name is Dr. Kevin Jaques also known as of the ThreeMosqueteers and one of the three academics who are helping architect PaulMurdoch to plant a terrorist memorial mosque on the Flight 93 crashsite. He was most central to the Park Service’s fraudulent internalinvestigation.

Here’s the professor’s analysis of what our response should have been to 9/11.
Shortly after 9/11, Indiana University School of Law sponsored a forum on
the likely legal fallout from the attacks: consequences for immigration law,
civil rights, etcetera. As the university’s resident expert on Islamic (sharia)
law,Jaques was invited to say something about our looming engagement with
theIslamic world and their systems of law.

He chose to write a prescriptive
article, urging the United States to frame its response
inconformity with traditional Sharia requirements.

Jaques makes the
basic arguments for submission that any anti-warmulticulturalist might make. He
offers an appeasement pitch:

If the United States wishes to
approach the fight against terrorismto limit future revivalist terror groups
from forming and attackingAmerican citizens and interests, it will be necessary
to craft a responsethat conforms to the realities of Islamic
law.

And he offers a when-in-Rome pitch:

Muslim
religious leaders think of the world in legal terms and willreact to U.S.
policies according to how these policies conflict oradhere to Islamic legal
principles.

Of course we should avoid gratuitous offense, when in
Rome(just as we should practice it as a pastime at home). But should wereally
submit to sharia law?

Nowhere does Jaques even acknowledge that
world-wide submission tosharia law is the ultimate goal of the 9/11
terrorists.

This kind of muddied, fuzzy thinking is not new to liberals. It’s just the way they think - unable to place cause and effect together. Even when the answer is given to them by those they seek to understand in their context.

Take the idea that we can deal with Islamic nations by finding out what they want and seek to negotiate with them. But there are any ‘nations’ in Islam as we see define them. Islam is a pure nation unto itself and is ruled by Sharia law. The nation of Islam recognizes no other law than the Koran. And the Loran teaches that Islam must rule the world in order to attain peace – the peace one has under total submission to Allah and the nation of Islam.

To quote Ayatollah Khomeini, the founder of the new Islamic reformation.

We do not worship Iran, we worship Allah. For patriotism is another name for paganism. I say let this land [Iran] burn. I say let this land go up in smoke, provided Islam emerges triumphant in the rest of the world.

How do you negotiate with that?
