Netanyahu, Be Done With Your Agonistes

Nurit Greenger

Israel is not perfect, nor any country in the world; it has made many mistakes, proven to have been detrimental to its posture. One huge mistake was to even think of such, never mind sign, was the Oslo Accords. Second that when the first Jew was blown because of this silly agreement, Israel should have canceled it there and then but it did not.  The Oslo had time table and each party had obligations. Israel kept all its obligations, the Arabs kept NONE.  Oslo agreement had expiration date. At that expiration date – I think 15 years from signing date – and 2000 dead Israelis later, Israel should have abrogated that agreement and there and then should have annexed, under Israeli law, all the land of Judea and Samaria. After all, legally from the point of war of aggression Israel was forced to defend itself, and won, and from the point of international legality this land belongs to Israel no matter what the Arab claims are. They have no strong rights to this land but their ongoing strong will to destroy Israel. Long ago Israel should have established the borders in which she can defend itself and let the world shout, yell, commit suicide because they could not make Israel suffer more and for a longer period of time.

But no, Israel kept on talking, kept the "peace process" moving, while the Arabs would not budge on one issue, will not make any appropriate concession and will NOT, under any circumstances, recognize Israel as the Jewish state, the nations state of the Jewish people.
The question I have which I have held for a long time, what exactly they are talking about in these useless "peace" talks? Is it about how to establish a terrorist state, located 5 minutes bicycle ride from the Knesset?
It appears that Israel simply cannot disconnect itself from the tubes of these phantom "peace talks". For sure what it gets from them is not life sustenance.
So now we need to tell Israel, time to clear the decks and act wise.
These “peace talks” are either dead or are finally dying. The Arabs killed it long ago but no one wanted to admit it; why? who knows. But now Israel must admit that the Arab-Palestinians are in flagrant violation of at least 11 of the 15 international conventions and treaties Abbas just signed. (http://www.thetower.org/0096-special-report-palestinians-in-flagrant-violation-of-11-of-15-conventions-signed-this-week/). Israel must expose the Palestinian Authority and Abbas' actions and declare the Oslo Accords dead as a door nail. This will make the accepting of total sovereignty over the Judea and Samaria land a hell of a lot easier; it will delegitimize the Israeli Left who is still selling the "two state delusion".

The players: Abbas, Netanyahu & Kerry The players: Abbas, Netanyahu & Kerry
The timing could not be better. We need to admit that this entire fool’s errand was concocted by the Obama-Kerry duo in order to keep Israel engaged and busy from attacking the Iranian nuclear weapons program. And Obama initiated the talks with Iran to be able to shackle Israel so it will not take care of Iran. Obama in fact tied Israel in a double knot.  However, now there is a window of opportunity when Israel's hands are both free.
Netanyahu needs to summon up the courage to attack Iran while the Iranians and Obama are conversing / deliberating.
Netanyahu has yet to prove to us he is not Obama’s cat's paw. Maybe with the Arab-fakestinians stupidity he has just gotten lucky. The theory that Netanyahu is rope-a-doping Obama has yet to be proven correct. In few months we will know for sure the right from wrong.
Netanyahu, resolve your agonistes fast (a person engaged in a struggle) and leave behind a sulking John Kerry (http://news.yahoo.com/kerry-warns-u-evaluating-role-middle-east-peace-003859813--sector.html;_ylt=AwrTWf2_qT9ToUMANxfQtDMD) and let Mahmoud Abbas be who he is, a liar, a Holocaust denier, a terrorist in a suit.
