In this decision most people are feeling betrayed by Roberts and putting all attention on him. Be mindful of the red herring; Roberts has his own issues but the real problem here is Elena Kagan. She has impeded the judicial process and has committed impeachable offenses by lying in confirmation hearings and to top the insult off Kagan refused to recuse herself from this case. In addition, there was not one word from Kagan in the Supreme Court's ObamaCare judgment or since and we are forced into the purgatory of waiting to see if the Rule of Impartiality survives in this world. Congressmen, organizations and leaders have known these things all along and have shown the proof, so why the negligence?
During her confirmation, Kagan was asked, "Have you ever offered any views or comments regarding the underlying legal or constitutional issues related to any proposed health care legislation," including the ACA? "No," she replied.
SHE LIED!
The following are highlights from the documents obtained by Judicial Watch pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on February 24, 2011.
- An October 13, 2009, exchange between Kagan and former Deputy
Solicitor General Neal Katyal. Katyal informs Kagan, "We just got Snowe
on health care," referring to Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME). (The bulk of
the email exchange reflects a discussion about Kagan, and also provides
instructions regarding a hiring decision within the agency, although
the nature of the position is unclear. When Katyal asks if Kagan wants
to handle the hire via email or in person meeting, Kagan responds, "In
person. I'll call a meeting when I return.")
- A March 21, 2010, email from Kagan to then-Senior Counselor for
Access to Justice Laurence Tribe: "I hear they have the votes Larry!!
Simply amazing..." Tribe responds, "So healthcare is basically done!
Remarkable."
- A March 16, 2010, email from Kagan to David Barron, then-acting head of the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel, asked if he had seen an article by Michael McConnell published in the Wall Street Journal that discussed a strategy by Democrats to "'deem' ObamaCare into Law without voting." "Did you seee [sic] Michael McConnell's piece in the WSJ?" Kagan writes in an email with the subject line "Health care q." "YES, HE IS GETTING THIS GOING," replied Barron.
Kagan served as Solicitor General while trying to get the Healthcare to the supreme court then got nominated to be on the supreme court... would this not give her "privileged internal strategy with regard to the constitutionality of the Act," said Judicial Watch.
We already know where Kagan's heart is from her writings as a student when Ronald Reagan became president that inspired her to pen a telling and disturbing senior thesis titled "To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933." In that body of work, Kagan lamented that "a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States"; and that," no "radical party" had yet "attained the status of a major political force." Kagan went on to sound a rally cry for "those who, more than half a century after socialism's decline, still wish to change America."
"Could
[Kagan] have foreseen that perhaps a weakness of the brilliant [Chief
Justice] John Roberts could be if you call something a penalty in a bill
and then later call it a tax after it's passed, then maybe the Supreme
Court should buy it?" asked Rep. Louie Gohmert, (TX), Friday on the
House floor. Representative Gohmert is doing the heavy lifting in
calling out the facts in the fight to have Kagan impeached.Upon searching the news and internet for any word that Kagan may have uttered about the ObamaCare ruling, little to nothing could be found. Is she and her handlers perhaps hiding her now and preparing her defense?
ObamaCare is not the end all be all. If allowed to stay on the court, Elena Kagan will serve a nearly a lifetime and will rule on hundreds of cases - giving her the ability to radically change America forever into her long sought after socialist utopia. What would you say if you learned that a member of the highest court in the land has spent the last 30 years openly advocating for the destruction of the US Constitution and even went so far as to accept $20 million from Shariah Law proponents to accomplish her goal?
That Supreme Court Justice is Elena Kagan.The year after Ronald Reagan entered the Oval Office with the goal of restoring America to greatness; Elena Kagan penned a telling and disturbing senior thesis titled "To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933." In that body of work, Kagan lamented that "a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States"; and that," no "radical party" had yet "attained the status of a major political force." Apparently, this was no mere college dalliance, as the Elena Kagan has spent the rest of her career working to remove the underpinnings of freedom and destroy the American Constitution from within. And Kagan's grand plan has worked very well indeed.
After graduate school Kagan went on to become Dean of Harvard Law, where she removed Constitutional Law classes from the curriculum, and replaced those necessary and time honored classes with required studies of international law. And in what appears to be a game of using a mutual enemy's resources to accomplish ones' true objective, Kagan also accepted a $20 million grant from Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal - a noted Shariah Law proponent - to implement an "Islamic Studies" program.
Lest we think Kagan's intentions are ancient history, take a look at her line of questioning when hearing the ObamaCare case last week. Rather than question the thinly veiled socialist Trojan horse as an affront to our Constitution, Kagan almost seemed willing to defend ObamaCare and salvage the master plan to fundamentally change America into a new Euro-socialist model.
By definition, our Supreme Court is charged with upholding, defending and preserving the United States Constitution. The Judges on the Supreme Court are meant to protect our freedom, not destroy it. To do otherwise is nothing short of treason.
"Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as an attempt to 'overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation].'"Destruction of the Constitution is an attempt to overthrow and seriously injure America. Elena Kagan's lifetime of actions lay bare a clear intention to subvert our Constitution and its founding principles, thereby rendering her UNFIT FOR DUTY as a Supreme Court Justice.
ObamaCare is not the end of the line. The Supreme Court will continue to weigh the Constitutionality of numerous cases. The fact is that Elena Kagan is an activist judge with hatred toward the very document she is sworn to protect. As such, Elena Kagan must immediately be removed from the bench if our Constitution and America is to survive.
