Via Judicial Watch:
Set up under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the DOJ’s CRS, the employees of which are required by law to “conduct their activities in confidence,” reportedly has greatly expanded its role under President Barack Obama. Though the agency claims to use “impartial mediation practices and conflict resolution procedures,” press reports along with the documents obtained by Judicial Watch suggest that the unit deployed to Sanford, FL, took an active role in working with those demanding the prosecution of Zimmerman.Bryan Preston over at Pajamas Media has more on this shocking revelation but we’d like to go in a slightly different direction at this point. Assuming these documents reveal the truth, they reveal a conspiracy
On April 15, 2012, during the height of the protests, the Orlando Sentinel reported, “They [the CRS] helped set up a meeting between the local NAACP and elected officials that led to the temporary resignation of police Chief Bill Lee according to Turner Clayton, Seminole County chapter president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.” The paper quoted the Rev. Valarie Houston, pastor of Allen Chapel AME Church, a focal point for protestors, as saying “They were there for us,” after a March 20 meeting with CRS agents.
Separately, in response to a Florida Sunshine Law request to the City of Sanford, Judicial Watch also obtained an audio recording of a “community meeting” held at Second Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford on April 19, 2012. The meeting, which led to the ouster of Sanford’s Police Chief Bill Lee, was scheduled after a group of college students calling themselves the “Dream Defenders” barricaded the entrance to the police department demanding Lee be fired. According to the Orlando Sentinel, DOJ employees with the CRS had arranged a 40-mile police escort for the students from Daytona Beach to Sanford.
It’s as if one of the endgames was simply angering people and pitting Americans against each other.
On 9/11/12, several months after the death of Trayvon Martin and the subsequent, manufactured outrage courtesy of Holder’s Justice Department, outrage was ginned up halfway around the world, originating in Egypt as an obscure, unprofessionally produced video captured the attention of Middle Eastern masses in several countries all at the same time. There are countless bodies of work out there that are critical of Islam. Yet, this lone video lit the fuse across the entire Middle East.
Why? In the days after the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi on 9/11/12, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice and others repeatedly went out of their way to tell all of us that the United States Government had absolutely nothing to do with the video. It smelled of over-compensation:
Conspiracy theory? Really? At what point do demonstrable patterns of behavior factor into the equation? At what point do these patterns shift the burden of proof just a little bit in the administration’s direction?
The reality is that as the documents obtained by Judicial Watch show, the Obama administration is entirely capable of conspiracies; this is just one of many. The behavior of the CRS only serves to bolster the argument that Fast and Furious was a conspiracy. Holder was found to be in contempt of Congress for not turning over documents. On that note, if documents in the Zimmerman case reveal DOJ’s involvement there, what do the still unreleased Fast and Furious documents reveal?
In Florida, the conspiracy involved using community organizing tactics to get the people so angry that they could accomplish what the administration could not on its own – get ‘justice’ for Trayvon by collectively engaging in vigilante justice.
Of course, when talking about community organizing tactics, it serves one best to refer to the writings of Barack Obama’s ideological hero – Saul Alinsky. Alinsky had at least 11 rules for his radicals. Take a look at rules 2 and 3:
Rule 2: Never go outside the experience of your people. The result is confusion, fear, and retreat. When it comes to what happened in Sanford, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson helped to ensure that the ‘experience’ of racial discrimination was capitalized on, which meant staying inside the ‘experience of’ the ‘people’. When these forces descended upon the police chief – their opponent – they forced him to go ‘outside’ his ‘experience’. We now know that this strategy and these tactics came from the top – the Obama administration’s Department of Justice.
Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.
That is a conspiracy; it ain’t no theory.
Let’s go back to 9/11/12. The father of Tyrone Woods – one of those murdered in Benghazi – relayed to talk show host Lars Larson that Hillary Clinton told him the filmmaker would be arrested and prosecuted for the riots in the Middle East and for the terrorist attack in Benghazi. On 9/15/12, one day after telling Charles Woods Nakoula Basseley Nakoula would be arrested, it was made so.
Wouldn’t Nakoula’s arrest by the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department (LASD) one day after Clinton’s assurances to Charles Woods indicate that local police were doing the bidding of the Obama administration? Is not the administration’s involvement in local police matters the issue at the heart of the documents obtained by Judicial Watch relative to the Zimmerman case?
Moreover, as we have reported – as has the Washington Times – Nakoula is indeed a ‘shadowy character’ (one of the few truths to come out of Barack Obama’s mouth). Another writer at the Washington Times – Kerry Picket – also picked up on some very bizarre inconsistencies relative to Nakoula.
After being whisked away by the LASD, Nakoula has been locked up out of sight in a federal detention facility near El Paso, TX.
Nakoula’s partner in crime for about a decade was a man named Eiad Salameh, who also happens to be Walid’s first cousin. Nakoula is reportedly a Coptic Christian who produced a vehemently anti-Muslim video that sparked violence all across the Middle East. Salameh – as Walid can attest – is a fundamentalist Muslim who loathes Copts. In 2009, Nakoula was arrested on charges related to a bank fraud scheme. Salameh was the ringleader. Ultimately, Nakoula was given a lighter sentence in exchange for helping the Feds apprehend Salameh.
In 2011, Salmeh was picked up by the Canadian authorities but the Feds here in the U.S. didn’t want him.
Huh?
Yes, Salameh was put on a plane back to a village near Bethlehem.
Some will accuse us of conflating separate issues. We say we’re pointing out behavioral patterns and at this point, the burden of proof should start falling on the accusers.
Correction: It was brought to our attention on 7/12/13 by a Ret. Los Angeles police captain that Nakoula was arrested by the LA County Sheriff Department (LASD), not the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). The article above reflects this change.
